1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Maniq. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Sentra BV ("Maniq", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands operating the Maniq mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

Maniq is a mobile application designed to support your personal manifestation, affirmation, and intentional living practice. The Service includes:

• AI-generated personalized affirmations delivered in your own voice
• The 30-day manifestation challenge
• 369 method tracking
• AI-guided scripting and journaling
• Future self letter generation
• Visual manifestation board with AI-generated imagery
• Moon phase rituals and daily reminders
• Manifestation tracker and other wellness features

The Service is intended solely for personal use as a wellness and self-development tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, financial, or spiritual advice.

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 One Account Per Person

You may create one personal account. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Maniq offers premium features through paid subscriptions, including:

• Monthly Subscription — billed every month
• Annual Subscription — billed once per year (significant savings)
• Lifetime Access — one-time payment for permanent premium access

Exact pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by region.

4.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. The renewal price is the then-current subscription price, which may differ from your initial price.

4.4 How to Cancel

Manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Maniq cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf — this is handled exclusively by Apple.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. Maniq does not issue refunds directly.

4.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. We will notify you of price changes through the Service or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Voice Cloning Consent & License

5.1 Your Representations

When you create a voice recording, you represent and warrant that:

• The voice being recorded is your own.
• You are at least 17 years of age.
• You have the full legal right to record and submit your voice.
• You authorize Maniq to process and store your voice recording for the purpose of generating personalized audio content.

5.2 Limited License to Maniq

You grant Maniq a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to:

• Process your voice recording through third-party AI providers (currently ElevenLabs) to create a voice model.
• Use that voice model to generate audio content within the Service exclusively for your personal use.
• Store your voice data securely as described in our Privacy Policy.

This license terminates immediately upon your withdrawal of consent, deletion of your voice data, or termination of your account.

5.3 Prohibited Uses of Generated Voice Audio

You agree that you will NOT use voice-generated audio from the Service to:

• Impersonate another person.
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Defame, harass, or harm any individual or organization.
• Generate content for illegal purposes.
• Commercially distribute the audio without explicit written permission from Maniq.

5.4 Right to Withdraw

You can withdraw your voice cloning consent and delete your voice model at any time through in-app settings or by emailing support@maniq.ai. Withdrawal is permanent and irreversible.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any of its content.
• Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or pricing.
• Use the Service to harm or harass any individual or group.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. User Content

7.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of journal entries, scripts, manifestations, and other content you create within the Service ("User Content").

7.2 License to Maniq

You grant Maniq a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Affirmations, letters, scripts, and images generated by AI in the Service ("AI Content") are provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use. AI Content may not be unique to you; similar outputs may be generated for other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, code, AI models (excluding your personal voice model), trademarks, and content, is owned by Maniq and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without written permission.

"Maniq" and the Maniq logo are trademarks of Sentra BV.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maniq disclaims all warranties including:

• That the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• That manifestations will occur or that goals will be achieved.
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• That AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your preferences.
• That the Service is a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Manifestation outcomes vary widely and depend on many factors outside of our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maniq and Sentra BV shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
• Damages resulting from third-party services integrated with the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account permanently, use the in-app delete option or email support@maniq.ai.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your account is inactive for an extended period.
• Required by law or court order.
• Continuing to provide the Service is not commercially viable.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that should reasonably survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
